Account Deletion & Data Anonymization

The preferred and fastest way to delete your BeachBaskit account is through the in-app Request Account Deletion option:

In the BeachBaskit app:

Account → Request Account Deletion

Before we process your deletion request

We must ensure that your account has:

• No active orders

• No open disputes

• No pending payouts or refunds

Deletion may be delayed until these items are completed.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Your personal information (name, email, profile photo, device identifiers) is permanently removed.

• Your BeachBaskit account becomes inactive and inaccessible.

• Historical records (orders, payouts, dispute history) are anonymized so they cannot be linked back to you.

• Stripe seller accounts must be closed directly through Stripe as required by their policies.

This approach ensures we meet all legal, financial, and audit requirements while guaranteeing that your personal data is no longer identifiable.
